Inventus Mining (IVS) uncovers thickest gold intercept yet at Pardo project, signaling exploration success

Inventus Mining (IVS) has announced the discovery of a new gold-bearing channel with its thickest intercept to date at the Pardo project in Northern Ontario, revealing 4.4 grams per tonne (g/t) gold over 11.5 meters. This significant intercept highlights the growing potential of the site, as exploration efforts continue to uncover promising results. The company recently reported these findings, showcasing their ongoing commitment to exploration at the Pardo project, which has been characterized by positive drilling results.

Results from the first six drill holes at the site uncovered a range of intervals, including 4.1 g/t gold over 7.1 meters. The company reported that this new channel is situated in the western section of the property and represents a step out from their previously known gold intersections. This is a noteworthy development for Inventus, as the project is gaining traction with each drilling campaign, particularly with the recent discovery of the new gold channel.

“The discovery of this new geological channel, which returned our thickest intercept to date, highlights the outstanding potential of the Pardo project,” said Steve Smith, CEO of Inventus Mining. “We believe this finding could significantly enhance the project’s overall resource potential.”

The Pardo project is unique as it is known for its near-surface gold mineralization. Inventus has been systematically drilling the site to define both the extent and the grade of gold reserves. The new results bolster the company’s position in the gold exploration sector, where the demand for quality gold assets remains high.

In addition to showcasing impressive drill results, Inventus is also embarking on comprehensive geological mapping and sampling to further assess the potential of the new channel. The initiative aims to refine targets for future drilling efforts. Given current market dynamics favoring high-quality resource projects, Inventus is strategically positioning itself for continued exploration success.

To date, Inventus has drilled over 15,400 meters at Pardo and is currently focusing on increasing its resource base through both new discoveries and further expansion of known targets. Encouragingly, the company has stated that it expects more assay results to come in soon, which may reveal additional gold intercepts.

With gold prices on a bullish trajectory and increasing investor interest in raw materials, Inventus Mining is poised to maximize its opportunities at Pardo. The company’s strategy appears well-aligned with broader market trends, making it a potential player to watch closely in the unfolding gold exploration narrative. Additionally, in a related financial move, the company has secured a $1.47 million pre-payment for the Pardo Gold Project, further strengthening its financial position as it navigates the exploration sector.
